# Privacy Policy for ShouJiJi (帐录)

## Zero Data Collection

ShouJiJi does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The app has no analytics SDKs, no tracking, and no third-party services that process your data.

## Where Your Data Lives

All data you enter in ShouJiJi — transactions, categories, merchant mappings, and settings — is stored exclusively in your iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit service. The app has no servers, no backend, and no database outside of your devices.

- **Personal iCloud**: Your data syncs between your own Apple devices using NSPersistentCloudKitContainer.
- **Family Sharing**: If you choose to invite family members via iCloud Sharing, your ledger data is shared only with the participants you explicitly invite. Each participant accesses data through their own Apple ID authentication.

## Voice Input

When you use voice input, your speech is processed by Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer. The audio is sent to Apple's servers for recognition. Apple does not retain the audio recording after processing. ShouJiJi does not store or transmit the audio to any other service.

## No Third-Party SDKs

ShouJiJi contains zero third-party software development kits (SDKs). All functionality is provided by Apple's native frameworks (SwiftUI, Core Data, CloudKit, SFSpeechRecognizer). No third party has access to your data.

## No Tracking

ShouJiJi does not track your activity across apps or websites. It does not use identifiers for advertising purposes. The only identifier used is a device-specific UUID stored in the iOS Keychain (unaffected by app reinstallation), used solely to distinguish data entry sources within a shared ledger.

## Your Control

- You can view, edit, and delete all your data at any time within the app.
- Deleting the app's data from iCloud settings permanently removes all data from Apple's servers.
- Export functionality may be added in future versions.
